Alignment and Embodiment - You are a beacon of light for yourself - Anna Shelley - Guided Alignment Meditation(A written meditation)

Greetings from the Council of Light.

We are here to help you bring your body into alignment with your mind, your mind with your soul, and your soul with your body.

It’s a representation of the cycle of life. In fact – it’s the cycle of life in your body. It is complete alignment of you as a person and how you are represented in this world. 

So get yourself comfortable. It doesn’t matter if you’re sitting, lying down, or even standing up reading this. Just get comfortable, and feel as though your vertebrae are neatly stacked on top of each other in a nice line.

As you feel into this neat and natural position of the stacked vertebrae, take a couple of full deep breaths.

Continue to breathe normally, and as you do so, visualise a ball of white light go up your spinal column with each inhalation, and see it go down your spinal column with each exhalation.

Do this a few times, and relax into it. Allow this white light to relax your body from the spinal column.

 

 

 

Continue to see the white light move up and down your spine with each breath. Now when it gets to the top, it releases a big burst of light that radiates out of your body, and when it gets to the bottom, it releases another big burst of light that radiates out of your body.

This ball of light continues to operate in this way as you feel lighter and lighter in your sense of being.

 

 

 

Your body is relaxing, rejuvenating, and recharging itself. It is cleansing itself from the inside out. This is the body’s natural cleansing system at work.

As your body revitalises itself, so to does your mind, with each burst of light from that white light at the top of your spine.

See your mind fill up with this white light, and move this light down to your heart. Let this light from your heart pulsate with your heart beat, radiating out of your body, like a lighthouse.
You now have a light traveling up and down your spine with each breath, and bursts of light radiating out of your body from the top of your spine, the base of your spine, and now your heart centre.

You are a beacon of light.

You are a beacon of light for others.

And you are a beacon of light for your self.

Feel these bursts of white light pulsate from your body with each breath and heartbeat.

It is quite magical.

If you like, take a moment to look at your hands, and visualise the white light also pulsating out from your fingertips.

You are quite magical.

If you like, you can hum a tone, as your frequency rises with this alignment setting.

Gently sway your body from side to side to embody this high frequency and to bring it into the physical world around you.

If you are humming, you might find that the tone needs to rise as your frequency rises.

When you are ready, look up towards the sky, and move your body in a way that feels natural to you – dancing to the rhythm of nature, and the rhythm of life. Hum or sing along to further spread this joyous light.

Do this for as long as it feels right for you.

 

 

 

 

 

 

When you are ready, close your eyes and take a big breath in, and sigh it out fast.

Open your eyes.

The meditation is over.

You have a gorgeous body that moves graciously as your mind connects with your soul, and as you connect with this earth.
