I am always setting alarms on my phone when I want to instil new beliefs into my psyche.
I also usually have some kind of light language code as a wallpaper, AND right now I also have new beliefs written over the top of light codes.
Excessive?
Nope. I find with some alarms, I either embody the belief fairly quickly, OR I am the master of hitting snooze or dismiss and not taking the time to absorb the message that’s popped up.
For example, a while back I had an alarm pop up on my phone that said: I always have an abundance of time.
I had that set to pop up 3 times a day for a month. After that, it became a belief that I firmly believe with every bone in my body.
Same with these beliefs, or ponderings, which I’m sharing because you might like them too:
- There’s nothing I have to DO, but everything I wish to BE.
- I choose Ease and SuperFlow.
- What would feel most expansive right now?
- What would the Goddess within do right now?
If I find I am not really absorbing the message, because I’m not acting upon the message when it pops up, then I need to bring in the big guns – The Wallpaper 😉
