I practise grounding. I practise embodiment. I teach my body to practise feeling the memory of the ocean, of waking up and looking at the mountain, of the gentle birds declaring daylight.
It is so beautiful. In every possible way.
My eyes are wide open and tears stream not just down my face, but up as well. My eyes are watering because of the intensity of the colours and the light and the beauty. The clarity of sound from the birds and the water and the movement of the subtle breeze.
My heart opens up and I am transported up into the cosmos, while my legs are planted strongly on terra firma.
Hands on heart, I hold it safely to remind me that Yes, it is safe to be here. It is safe to be in this place that is incredible beyond belief. It is safe to play an active part in the creation of this beauty, expanding it beyond comprehension. It is safe in the incomprehensible. It is an honour to be in the inexplicable. It is with deep gratitude that I get to be here and create.
Thank you Thank you Thank you.
