I’ll be honest and say I created this entirely because of my OWN busy mind, which I have trouble switching off. I don’t necessarily WANT to switch it off completely, but I do like a break sometimes. This is a Chill Pill in meditation form.
In this meditation you will calm your mind as you relax your body and focus on all your senses to teach yourself that everything is ok, and that you are ok too.
