This short meditation is based on a zen buddhist monk meditation, and was taught to me by an incredible practitioner who is able to combine somatic experiencing with shamanic magic – Raquel Dubois.
When I was first introduced to this meditation, I was so amazed and pleased to feel completely surrounded by a great sense of peace. It was all around me, and within me. It is so short and sweet, and does the job perfectly.
The meditation is a method for cultivating anything we like in our state of being. It is so simple, that I just had to share it with the top 3 things that are most important to me to cultivate – ease, grace, and peace.
In under 10 minutes you are taken through a simple process that creates ease, grace, and peace, both within you, and in your surroundings.
You also have the opportunity to embody other aspects you wish to cultivate.
By the end of the meditation, you will be a complete embodiment of ease, grace, and peace.
