It’s no secret that I am a big fan of journaling.
I’ve had an ideas book for many years, where I’ve mapped out my dreams, desires, and how I wish my life to pan out. Occasionally I look back over old journals, and see that EVERYTHING has indeed come true. Everything.
I don’t just map out ideas these days. Now I actively tune into my heart, and see what my soul wishes to express in the world. I tune in to the energies of the cosmos. I (re)discover who I am. I pour it all out on paper.
My favourite journals are A5 size, 64 pages, and saddle stitched. These are the perfect size to fit in my traveller’s notebook, and the saddle stitching is tough enough to stand up to rigorous traveling, being stuffed into bags and battered about.
Of course, I need to use my fancy pants fountain pen to honour the wisdom of my words, so the paper needs to take the ink without feathering or leaking through to the other side.
I used to order my favourite French notebooks online. But then one day I decided that I wanted more interesting covers. Something to inspire and delight me.
And so my own journals were born.
This Face journal features sacred geometry and colour frequencies in a subdued meditative hue.
