As a soul, I selected some gifts to bring to Earth.
My first gift is sound frequencies. I selected this gift to sprinkle around the world, bringing harmony and upliftance to those who choose to receive it.
My second gift is art – creativity in a broader sense. I selected this gift to bring more beauty, joy, and fun to the world.
Here is today’s deliverance:
As I was walking up my driveway this evening, I looked up and this is what I saw:
Beauty. It materialises right before our very eyes.
It’s been a few weeks since I played any new music. I’d been so focused on getting my last album out (Reflections & Invocations – it’s streaming/downloadable everywhere including here). Once it was out I was spent.
I was happy. I loved it all. I listened to my own tracks over and over. One is even my alarm on my phone!
And then today – I came Home.
The beauty is everywhere.
I infuse it in these frequencies, and sprinkle them around the world.
One minute you’re firing on all cylinders, doing ALL the things, creating ALL the beauty, and living through ALL the magic. It’s wild. It’s mad. It’s a crazy whirlwind of bliss and flow.
The next minute the fury has gone and you’re left sitting there staring into space.
Your mind wants to keep up with this crazed fire of inspiration, so you keep trying to do ALL the things… but nothing is working and your heart is screaming at you IT’S TIME TO STARE INTO SPACE NOW.

Thank you for the headache.
Thank you for teaching me – again – that trying to force you into something is futile. Just as it is futile for anyone to force ME into anything.
I know now – You are not separate from me. You ARE me. I am you. We are one and the same.

What a day!
What a motherfucking BIIIIIIIIG day.
You know who was knocking on my door today? The Creative Muse.
Bloody hell she’s insistent.
I said to her over and over, “No, not now! Come back in 48 hours when my kid spends the day at his grandparents.”
I said, “Not now! I KNOW I’ve only got 2 more tracks to record for my new album and it will be DONE. So quit bothering me now!”
I have a confession to make.
I am no good at speaking to people. I’ve kind of always been this way. I feel this immense pressure to say something, and the right words just don’t come out.
I think it stems from childhood. I’ve always been quiet. Always been an introvert. Always found small talk impossible. Never quite understood how it works, or what the point of it even is.
