I want to share with you a beautifully simple mantra to help you heal from emotional trauma.
I’ve been trying to process a lot of trauma recently. It’s been coming up in more than the usual waves. They’ve been tidal waves of grief (2 x family deaths + 1 x cat death all in 2016), and trauma (incompetent doctor during birth, as well as a lot of childhood stuff coming up from mum’s death), and to be honest, sometimes it just gets to be a bit much.
Until I can get in with my most amazing body work healer guru (she’s solidly booked out for over a month), I decided to channel my higher self for guidance on processing this. My body hasn’t been processing it well at all, and if my body can’t process it, how can my mind?
