And that’s what it’s all about, isn’t it…
Doing what you MUST do, in order to BREATHE.
Being who you MUST be, in order to feel FREE.
When you’re feeling that angsty frustration – it’s because you have forgotten to give yourself the time and space to breathe.
And by breathe, I don’t mean sitting still doing nothing, although that is usually the start of it.
By breathe, I mean:
- Sitting still and doing nothing, but becoming everything.
- What is this Everything you speak of?
- And of all the Everythings, what MUST you do RIGHT NOW in order to set yourself free?
It’s a sense of being, of becoming, of deciding to step INTO the wilderness of your mind, and through to the wilderness of your heart, so that you can finally finally FINALLY find your way back Home, and take a piece of this Home with you to the “real” world.
It’s like you’re feeling homesick and you just want a little something from home to feel at home.
Like a photo of your cat. Or some flowers from the garden. Or some thoughts and feelings and language from the land long forgotten – Except it’s not forgotten. It’s in there somewhere. In your heart space.
